Yes, I'm sure Trump has made the US Great Again, but we sure ain't the happiest. Trump, if you're reading this, you could start with universal health care. Not having to worry about not having health insurance or paying God-awful-premiums would definitely go a long way to at least make us a little happier. And, Trump...don't put your small hands near the Red Button.
Though I'm not saying there's a correlation, most of the top-rated countries have a population with a high percentage of atheists. I guess anyone would feel better knowing they are able to get health care and not worry about being burned to a crisp for the slightest of infractions of God's rules.
